| Summary: Trio is currently executing the part deconstruction and demolition of the Swanbank "A" Power Station. Work includes part deconstruction of equipment which has been sold to third parties (including mills, condensers, transformers, conveyors, pumps, motors and misc. equipment) demolition of remaining equipment, steelwork, concrete structures, pipe work and removal and disposal of asbestos cladding, conveyors, precipitators and misc. tanks. A critical part of the contract which is was successfully completed by Trio Industries Pty Ltd was the induced collapse of 3 large (133mt high, 7000 tonnes of concrete concrete stacks. All 3 stacks were dropped at the same time with a 10 second delay between each stack. The project is scheduled for completion August 2007. Click here for photos of this project |

The contract also included the removal of contaminated soil and rehabilitation of the site, the deconstruction and salvage of equipment for the Client's use at other plants. The project was completed on time and on budget. |

| Summary: Trio Industries Pty Ltd successfully completed stage 1 of the contract which included the removal of asbestos and disposal at approved land field, removal of all internal equipment, including all conveyor systems and 40 steel stacks. Stage 2 included the removal of the remaining steelwork (approx. 15,000 tonnes), concrete footings and slabs, load out jetty which included the reinstated of the water front to its original status.
