QUALITY ASSURANCE
Trio Industries Pty Ltd places particular importance on completing all tasks within quality assurance and environmental guidelines. We work to specific Quality Plans, which include National Statutory Requirements and Standards, plus our project quality Assurance manuals to AS/NZS ISO 9002:1994 to incorporate the guidelines of Occupational Health & Safety.
Our Works Programs and Inspection and Test Plans are prepared to procedures which ensures that the project's progress is traceable to earned value benchmarks, safely, on time and on budget.
As part of our quality system we complete tender and contact reviews. In this way work scopes are well defined and both client and ourselves are clear on the contract before work commences. Contracts administration costs are, therefore, kept to a minimum and budgets are managed effectively.
